Winter School on Applied Modelling

The 7th International Winter School on Applied Modelling WSAM 2015 took place on 22 January 2015 at the Riviera Hotel in Kazan (Russian Federation).

The school was focuses on well and reservoir characterisation by geological modelling, petrophysical modelling, reservoir flow simulations, streamline analysis, temperature simulations, multiphase flow modelling, noise logging, corrosion logging, pulsed neutron logging and open-hole logging (WSAM.AE).

As part of the Conference, the Prime College organised Quiz with questions related to oil and gas history, business and scientific facts.
Seven teams took part in the competition, where traditionally, one became a winner.
